The movie has some positive points and negative points, most movies have it, and the negative points are that for some points something is missing or maybe they did not show the characters interesting life other than being an activist. Most people don’t know Cesar Chavez and maybe the fact that most people did not actually connect with the movie. There is not enough time to tell the story of a person in the big screen especially a historical one. But the cast did a good job delivering the script and giving emotional reactions. The movie is inspiring and gives people hope their future, educating people about human rights and privileges. The cast perform their role very well; Michael’s acting really copied the original Cesar way of speaking and moving. For me, standing for your rights is necessary people abuses other peoples weaknesses and taking advantage of what they know is really a greedy way of managing. Giving workers what they deserve can motivate them will set their mind to give their best. Gaining peoples trust is something hard to get.
The movie is worth watching because it’s a true to life film about a memorable person and about an individual standing for the people. It’s a great movie with fascinating storyline and script deliverance. A historical moment worth watching and remembering, this is what people needs today a modern Cesar Chavez.
